Scientific and Didactic Staff
The School boasts of its highly qualified scientific and didactic staff that provide students with a high educational level. The staff consists mainly of employees of the School of Law and Public Administration in Przemyśl, but also of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin, Jagiellonian University, and practitioners: judges of the Supreme and Provincial Administrative Courts, the Court of Appeal and prosecutors of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Appeal, as well as employees of district and circuit courts and public prosecutor’s offices, of, e.g. the Treasury Chamber, the Customs Chamber, customs offices, tax offices, banks, offices of central Government and local governments. Since the School establishment the number of academic teachers has grown ten times. At present SLPA employs over 200 professors, doctors, assistants and language teachers. In recent years three employees of SLPA have obtained the scientific degree of the habilitated doctor, and five – of the doctor. 75% of the scientific and didactic staff have their first employment (the basic job) at SLPA.
